Canine Compass provides various dog training services, including Puppy Socialization, Basic Obedience, Advanced Dog Training, Behavioral Modification, Agility Training, Private Consultations, and Group Classes. 3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for services.
• You are responsible for ensuring your dog is healthy and up-to-date on all vaccinations before attending any classes or consultations.
• You agree to adhere to all instructions provided by Canine Compass trainers during sessions.
• Aggressive behavior from dogs or owners towards trainers, other participants, or animals will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

All fees for services are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, unless otherwise stated. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance for private consultations and 7 days for group classes to be eligible for a credit towards future services. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.

5. Disclaimers

Canine Compass strives to provide the best possible training, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes for individual dogs due to varying factors such as breed, temperament, and owner consistency. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during training sessions if proper instructions are not followed.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Website is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

Canine Compass reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
